6 Service Visits Per Year
Receive six total allotted visits each membership year — including 2 Creatum-scheduled care visits and up to 4 client-requested visits.
Two Proactive Care Visits
Creatum schedules two visits throughout your membership year to help stay ahead of routine maintenance and identify potential problems before they become bigger repairs.
Four Client-Requested Visits
Need something taken care of between scheduled visits? You can request up to four additional service visits throughout your membership year. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required, and appointments are scheduled based on availability.
Annual Gutter Cleaning
One gutter cleaning per year for up to 250 linear feet. Additional footage is available at $1.00 per linear foot.
Two HVAC Filter Changes
Receive two HVAC filter changes per membership year. Customer supplies the filters.
Smoke & CO Detector Testing
Annual testing of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, including battery changes.
Exterior Home Inspection
Creatum provides a full exterior visual inspection to help identify visible maintenance concerns before they become costly problems.
Complimentary Maintenance Labor
Every allotted visit includes up to 1 hour of complimentary qualifying maintenance labor for small tasks that can reasonably and safely be completed during the visit.
Standard Consumables Included
Scheduled care visits include up to $25 in standard consumables per visit. Unused portions do not roll over.
10% Member Discount
Receive 10% off qualifying Creatum labor performed during your active 12-month membership — including qualifying maintenance, repairs, roofing, exterior work, construction services, and emergency repairs.
Emergency Storm Protection
Storm damage? Call Creatum first.
Essentials Plus members receive complimentary labor for temporary storm protection, such as tarping a damaged roof, when needed to help prevent further damage until permanent repairs can be completed.
Materials and permanent repairs are billed separately. Emergency storm protection is subject to safe access, availability, weather conditions, and qualifying membership requirements.
