With 8 total service visits each year, Complete is designed to keep your home maintained year-round while helping catch small problems before they become expensive ones.
What's Included
8 Service Visits Per Year
Receive eight total service visits during your membership year — including 4 proactive visits scheduled by Creatum and up to 4 additional visits you can request when you need them.
4 Creatum-Scheduled Care Visits
We'll schedule four preventive care visits throughout the year to help keep your home maintained and identify visible maintenance concerns before they become larger problems.
4 Client-Requested Visits
Need something taken care of between your scheduled visits? You can request up to four additional complimentary service visits throughout the year. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required, and appointments are scheduled based on availability.
2 Annual Gutter Cleanings
Receive two gutter cleanings per year, covering up to 250 linear feet per cleaning. Additional footage is available for $1.00 per linear foot.
2 HVAC Filter Changes
We'll change your HVAC filters twice per year. Customer supplies the filters.
Smoke & CO Detector Testing
Annual testing of your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, including battery changes.
Exterior Home Inspections
Our visual exterior inspections help identify maintenance concerns and potential problems before they become larger repairs.
1 Hour of Complimentary Maintenance Labor Per Visit
Every allotted visit includes up to one hour of complimentary qualifying maintenance labor for small tasks that can reasonably and safely be completed during the visit.
$25 in Standard Consumables Per Scheduled Visit
Each scheduled care visit includes up to $25 in standard consumable materials.
15% Member Discount on Qualifying Labor
Save 15% on qualifying Creatum labor throughout your membership year — including qualifying maintenance, repairs, roofing, exterior work, construction services, and emergency repairs.
Priority Scheduling
Complete members receive priority scheduling within 7 days when available, helping you get maintenance needs addressed sooner when something comes up.
Priority scheduling is subject to availability, weather, safety conditions, and the scope of the requested work.
Emergency Storm Protection
When a storm damages your home, we're here to help protect it.
Complete members receive complimentary labor for temporary storm protection, such as roof tarping, when qualifying storm damage occurs.
Materials and permanent repairs are billed separately.
